By accessing and using our platform, you agree to these terms of service in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

Our platform offers:

• Sale of high goldsmithing, always guaranteeing the best standards in our pieces
• Jewelry Authentication Services Backed by Blockchain Technology
• Digital Authenticity Card Generation
• Personalized customer service both in-store and online

• We accept payments via wire transfers to the account of PLATA IMPERIAL DE LOS ANDES (PLIMAN) S.A.S.
• We also process credit/debit card payments securely through Stripe
• Prices are subject to change, but will not affect orders already confirmed or in the process of being confirmed
• We do not store payment or credit card information on our servers
• Card transactions are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS certified payment provider
• We do not offer refunds: Due to the nature of our digital authentication and certification services, all payments are final and non-refundable
• By making a payment, you explicitly agree to our no-refund policy

When registering and making purchases on our platform:

• The user represents and warrants that all funds used for transactions come from lawful and legitimate sources
• The user agrees not to use the platform for money laundering or other illicit activities
• PLATA IMPERIAL DE LOS ANDES (PLIMAN) S.A.S. is not responsible for the use of funds of illicit origin by the user
• The company reserves the right to reject suspicious transactions or request additional information on the origin of funds

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and true information
• Do not use the service for illegal activities
• Do not attempt to access restricted areas of the platform
• Keeping your account confidential

All content present on the platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

We are not responsible for:

• Service interruptions due to maintenance or technical causes
• Indirect loss or damage arising from the use of our services
• Accuracy of Information Provided by Third Parties

When requesting deletion of your account:

• You agree that all of your personal information and records will be permanently deleted
• You understand that digital authenticity cards generated during the use of the service will be maintained in the system
• You acknowledge that Authenticity Cards are permanent documents and cannot be modified or deleted after account deletion
• You agree that this retention of Authenticity Cards is necessary to maintain the integrity of the verification system

Regarding our digital certificates:

• Each certificate is unique and backed by blockchain technology
• Certificates are transferable along with the jewel
• The information recorded in the certificate is immutable
• The owner is responsible for keeping access to their certificate secure

In case of disputes:

• We will undertake to resolve any disputes amicably and in good faith
• Disputes over authenticity will be verified using our blockchain system
• For claims about payments, we will work with our suppliers, however, please be aware of our strict no-refund policy
• Any controversy or claim shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of Ecuador

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the platform and by continuing to use the service, you agree to be bound by the new terms.
