Traditional casting and workshop forging
Every work emerges from a live flame crucible. We do not use industrial alloys or mass casting processes. The 950 Silver or 18k Gold alloy is formulated and melted by hand in the Chordeleg workshop, achieving the malleability and purity required for wire drawing and structure forging.
Intervention Sequence
Request Confirmed
Technical evaluation of the assignment. There is no advance production or physical inventory waiting to be dispatched.
Technical Assignment
Strict delegation of the work to the master specialized in the required technique (structural forging, precision setting or filigree weaving).
Foundry & Forging
Direct manual intervention. The alloy is melted at critical temperature and molded using the anvil and hammer.
Finishing and Calibration
Millimeter roughing, calibration of structural tolerances, polishing and microscopic cleaning of surfaces.
Origin Registry
Assignment of the alphanumeric identifier (e.g.: PLM-AN-0001). Preparation of the physical Work Dossier and registration in the digital file of the work.
Private Dispatch
Final conditioning in conservation case and delivery of the piece with its technical and provenance documentation.
