What is PLIMAN
PLIMAN means Imperial Silver of the Andes. "Imperial" for treating silver with the same reverence as a precious stone; "Andes" through Chordeleg, the valley where that silver – and today also gold, always on demand – is forged.
The brand was born from a simple observation: the master goldsmiths who truly master Andean filigree received, historically, a tiny fraction of what their pieces ended up being worth in a display case. PLIMAN exists to reverse that order.

PLIMAN is not its own workshop. Chordeleg already holds more than two hundred, and he doesn't need another competing for the same workbench. For each piece, PLIMAN identifies the independent master whose specialty—filigree, setting, or forging—corresponds exactly to what that piece demands, and pays him first what his time and technique are worth. What remains after that payment is what finances the operation of the brand, not the other way around.
This way of working has a natural limit: PLIMAN forges approximately 800 pieces per year. Not because of an artificial scarcity strategy, but because that is the real rhythm that allows each piece to receive the time that its technique demands.
